Merritts Brook Field- info & booking

The field at the bottom of Vineyard Road (behind the small play park) belongs to a small consortium, including ourselves. It is used for school activities and Bartley Reds Football Club. As well as a large field, it also has a small building with 2 toilets (1 suitable for disabled), 2 changing rooms and hand washing facilities. 

It is also available for community use. Below is a link to the booking system, where you can see when the field is available - it can be booked as a whole pitch, 1/2 the pitch and with the changing rooms available if you so wish. The costs will be: 

£25 per hour for the whole pitch to be booked 

£15 per hour per half pitch to be booked 

£2 per hour to book the Changing Room building (to cover cleaning costs) 

Non-sports areas can be booked for £5.00 per hour 

When you have completed your booking you will be able to download the lettings policy/terms and conditions document. The school will contact you to confirm the booking within 2 working school days.  

Please be aware you will need to collect an access key from Bellfield Junior School Reception between 8.30am 1.30pm Monday - Friday in term time. 

If you wish to book the whole facility for an event, please contact the school or complete and return the hire form attached to the Terms and Conditions Document.
